We’re always happy to answer any questions by phone or email, but the FAQs might have the information you’re looking for.
Check in all takes place online. You will receive an email when your room is ready (no later than 3pm). Follow the simple instructions on the email and not only can you check in, but your key and room number will be delivered right to your phone. Our staff are on hand if you need any assistance checking in.
We have a bar and restaurant onsite. Our Restaurant is open 7am-7pm. Our bar is open from 11am and offers entertainment seven nights a week.
The Foundry is based in the centre of the lively Cathedral quarter in Belfast, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. Around us, you will also find the hop on, hop off bus tours. The Titanic Museum is just fifteen minutes’ walk.
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. We have key cards on site and staff are happy to help.
When you get to your room, the welcome message on your TV will show you a QR code. You can WhatsApp or call us at any time.
Send us a message and we will bring one to your room. When you’re done, please leave it outside your door.
In your room you will find a king-sized bed, safe, minifridge, free tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer and 55 inch television.
You can sign into streaming sites via the TV apps. There are easy to follow instructions in your room. The TV automatically deletes all your details upon check out so don’t worry, your data is safe.
Yes, we have an accessible room available, you request this upon booking.
This room can be offered with an adjoining room for carers. If you need assistance when checking in, or in the case of emergency, please let us know
Unfortunately, there is no parking at the Foundry. However, there are plenty of parking facilities close to the hotel. Saint Anne’s Square carpark is at the top of Hill Street, only two minutes’ walk from the hotel. There are also numerous public car parks in the surrounding area.
